How do you cope with stress?

Stress leads to inflammation and at later stage to cortisol resistance. In fact stress affects all your body physiology. It could lead to fatigue, anxiety, depression and more. it could have very bad action to your physiology (heart, brain, digestion, thyroid and sex hormones, insuline production and resistance,...)
So, how do manage, if possible, your stress (negative one of course)?
Meditation, mindfullness therapy, yoga, tai chi, deep diaphragm breathing, moderate outdoor exercices, good sleep (min 6 hours), will help you. But work on the stressors first (family, work, food, sedentarism).
If you are so down and get the physiological effects of stress that impaires your health, you might think to have a Heart Rate Variability Analysis done to see how your physiology status. It is non invasive procedure based on a EKG/ECG short term recording.
