I think what to eat the best depends on your actual condition, e.g. healthy one or suffering from diseases.
You dont eat the same if feeling or beeing sick, having IBS or IBD (like Cronh's).
But what make sense? What make sense is to target a good diet ever... It does means, low sugar, low carbs (it is sugar at the end) and high fat (non saturated one). Why? because sugar promote inflammation in your body (not natural sugars from fruits, but processed sugar in food and drinks). Pops are NOT good at all!
Generally speaking avoid any processed food and drinks. Go for local market food and seasonal one. Doesn't make sens to eat tomatoes in winter time and brussels sprout in summer time. Processed food and non organic one may also contain pesticide. You know glyphosate..Monsanto (now belonging to Bayer big pharma)...
... and don't eat to much, especially evening time... You may have nightmare then and gain weight more easily.
